A new phase of life

My Mommy,who has stayed home with me for the past year (I will be one in two weeks!), is starting work on Monday! She is so excited and so sad at the same time! I am staying with my Grandma, who I love, for 3 days and with a great lady at a daycare center for 2 days. She is nice. I love her home because she has 2 birds, 3 doggies, and 1 cat!!! There are also some other kids and lots of toys!!! Anyway, this is a photo of me in my new Nike sneakers, going to daycare for my first half day...don't worry Momma, it will be fine!!! hehehe

Baha'i BMG at Hush Harbor!

We went to the Baha'i center and said prayers, danced, sang lots of songs, ate lunch, met up with friends and yours truly played the drums with all the big boys and girls! I rocked!

A day with my parents

We all spent some time together. We went to the baby store...big store...lots of things for little people. We ate out and we went to a park. I slept for a long time that night!!!

All over the place

I am all over! I like to stand and move along the furniture! I crawl fast! I clap and dance! I like to play with my Uncle's cat's toys! I like to play with my Mommy's old Big Bird rattle! I play with my Grandfather! I like to do lots of things that take lots of energy! Keep up if you can!

Back to the lake!

I told you that I swam in a lake, the first time I ever went swimming! Well, we did it again! It was me, my friends Joshua and Angela, my Mom and my Shashi. We were in the water almost all day and my toes started to look like prunes!!! The kids made a huge island and city with sand and water. I made it all come crashing down! Oops! Oh...and Mama is getting jealous of my tan!!! hehehe

My first pool

My Grandma got me a pool because she knows how much I love the water! I went swimming in a lake for the first time ever and now I have my own little piece of heaven right in my Grandparent's back yard! How fun is that???

It sure is getting hot!

My Mom and my Grandmother and I hung out outside the other day and boy was it hot!!! I got to be on a swing for the second time in my life and I loved it!!! My Grandma also swung on the swing next to mine. I looked over a little confused to see a big person swinging beside me, especially my own Gram!

This week I also got a brochure for Baha'i summer school and guess who is on the cover? Yup, yours truly and my big friend named Laurel! (and my Mommy didn't even have anything to do with it...she is on the committee...I just got lucky this time!) Go me!!!

My balloon!

My Dad got a new car. It is pretty nice. It is the color blue. The man at the dealership gave me a balloon. It was blue, too!

My Mama's birthday

My mommy had a birthday. I have been to a few parties in my life, but I have never seen a cake so close. I was a little amused, curious, and shocked to see candles burning!!! Maybe because my Mom is so old and there was a lot of light! hehehe
